HireTalens provides multiple ways to make money such as doing micro jobs, affiliate programs, freelance gigs, influencer marketing, and so on.
I will explain each of them in detail below:
#1 Talents
You can earn money on HireTalents by posting an ad about your freelance skills.
Best part?
It’s free to post the ad.
If you have skills like content writing, web development, photo editing, and so on, then you can post an ad, set your price and publish the ad on the platform. People who are looking for the services will hire you and pay you once the job is done.
This is similar to a freelancing platform like Fiverr where you can post your gigs and make money when someone buys your gig.
To post your service, go to the ‘Talents’ section located at the top header and click on ‘Post an Ad’.
Now, the first step is to select a category of your service.
If you are a content writer, select ‘Digital Writing’.
Then select a sub-category ‘Articles & Blog Posts’.
Now, you have to write the title of your Ad.

Now, you have to fill a couple of fields like this:
- What will You do: 1x SEO Friendly Article.
- Give more details: I will write 1x 1000 words article.
- Delivery time: 3 days (If you can deliver faster, then set it to fewer days.)

If you have a huge following on social media then you can earn money on HireTalents by posting an ad on the influencer section.
You need at least 10k followers on your social media to post an ad.
You can go to the ‘Influencer’ section and then click on ‘Create an ad’ to start posting your gig on the platform.
As an influencer, you will be working with different brands to advertise their products and services.
If you have a targeted audience, then you can earn a good sum of money by selling this gig.
#3 Micro Jobs
HireTalents also has a section called ‘Micro Jobs’ where you can make money doing micro tasks in a variety of categories.
Most of the jobs include downloading an app, signing up for a website, social media activities, and so on.
To do these jobs, go to the Micro Jobs section and select the job that looks interesting to you.
To find high-paying jobs, you can simply click on ‘Payout’ to sort all the jobs from high payout to low.
All the jobs have a description that gives you an instruction on how to complete the job. After completing the job, you have to submit a screenshot as proof.
The job provider will review your work and if it’s approved you will get paid.

HireTalents also has an affiliate program that allows users to earn money by referring people to the platform. You can earn 5% of what your referred user earns as well as spend on the platform.

How do you Get Paid on HireTalents?
When you complete a gig on HireTalents, your earning for the gig will be credited to your account. And you can withdraw your earnings through Litecoin only. You must meet the minimum payout threshold of $6 to get paid. Moreover, there is also a 10% payment processing fee.
There is also a feature of instant withdrawal but you have to meet some conditions like a 90% success rate, haven’t done instant withdrawal in a week, and should complete a certain number of tasks.

But the number of high-paying tasks is really low on the platform and you have to put in a lot of effort and time just to complete.
However, the biggest drawbacks of this platform are the high payment processing fees and limited payout options. Though the platform is legit, there are better alternatives that offer multiple payout options and better tasks.
